Where our street food menu sings with vibrant freshness, the Blasus Smokehouse sings differently. It sings slow.
It's the deep, smoky tradition of American barbecue meeting the bold heart of Mexican ahumado — fire, hardwood, time and patience working in concert. No shortcuts. No microwaves. No pre-made anything.
Just Welsh cuts, the right wood, the right rub, and the kind of hours most kitchens won't give.

Try the smoked welsh sausage chilli dog, we smoke our sausage using apple infused wood chipping, simply divine!

Slow-smoked Welsh beef brisket, wrapped with spiced rice, refried pinto beans, fresh pico de gallo, melted cheese, pickled red onions and our cashew nut sour cream.

We happily cater for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. Ask our team about allergens — we prep carefully, but our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.
